    This is beautifully written. It’s a shame that something this eloquent and accurate still won’t phase the people who are spreading misinformation, but perhaps it will help inoculate those who haven’t yet been infected by the anti-vaccine nonsense before it reaches them.

    One minor note — the sentence “Vaccination did more than kick of the field of microbiology” should probably be something like “Vaccination did more than kick off the field of microbiology?”
