The SGU Takes Manhattan

The Skeptics’ Guide to the Universe is coming to New York City!

We are pleased as can be to kick off our 2010 list of live presentations with our participation in this year’s Northeast Conference on Science and Skepticism (NECSS).

On Saturday, April 17, 2010, all five of us ‘Rogues’ will be present for a very special 2-hour live show, with extended time for lots of questons. We will be accessible for mingling during the breaks and after the conference with time for hellos, handshakes, pictures, and all of the personal touches that make these kinds of conferences very special events for everyone involved.

As of today, there are a few tickets still available, but last year’s conference did sell out. We would HATE (I don’t use that word lightly) to have to turn anyone away at the door because there are strict capacity limits, so PLEASE (and I don’t use that word lightly either) do not hesitate and buy your tickets today.

All information is available at the offical NECSS homepage, which I have very conveniently linked to help save you a step.

AND … if you purchase your tickets based on your having read this blog post, let me know ahead of time – I will have a surprise for you.

  • Weeks ago, I had a dream, and I dreamt of reading something similar to this e-mail. Does that qualify me for the surprise???
