Everyone is allowed the possibility of legal action. Winning that legal action is an entirely different thing.

It’s very unlikely that this quack would think he has even the smallest chance of actually winning any legal action. It’s just the threat of the lawsuit that often get the desired results (as it did, but it’s intent obviously backfired since now those articles have even more visibility)

You just gotta have the balls to realize this threat for what it is – just a meaningless attempt with little possibility of actually posing any harm. As I expected, Steve and the NESS have shown that their balls are the right place

Well I am not sure what the free speech laws are in Ireland, but I think it is sad, that these charlatans are even allowed the possibility of legal action. Calling a thief “a thief” is what one should do. Giving the thief the option of legal action because he don’t like to be called thief, is ridiculous. What is there argument anyway? He’s lying about them? Well then we should sue all the ID/Creationist for spreading false information about evolution! Now that’s a cause worth suing for!
